Hello, Basswood families!
We are rapidly approaching winter conferences, which will be scheduled online. The window to begin signing up will open at 9 a.m. on Jan. 27.
Conferences will be held virtually with your student's classroom teacher from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 3:40-6:40 p.m. on Feb. 4, 9 and 11. At this time, you will only be able to schedule a time with your child's homeroom teacher; specialist teachers (PE, Music, TAG) will reach out with the Google Meet information for their conferences. If your student receives EL services, you may also schedule a conference with Tanya Duffy.
Due to limited space and time, we are only able to accommodate one conference per student; if you are a family with separate households, we ask caregivers either to attend for 10 minutes each or to attend the 20-minute conference together. If you need an interpreter to be present at your conference, please contact the main office after you have scheduled a time slot.
If for any reason you need to change a conference time, simply log onto ParentVUE and choose a new time from the available slots. If you need to change a conference time after conferences have already begun, please contact the front office for help.
